Sugar Mountain is in the Northwest corner of North Carolina. This is 30 minutes from the Tennessee State Line.

This is a cute place with beautiful hardwood floors. Two queens and Two bathroooms, with a deck to enjoy that view! Smaller kitchen, sleeper couch, place had a very warm feeling with fireplace, dishwasher, washer and dryer 25 yards away and do it all at once with 3 dryers and 3 washers.

Rates:

March- June 15     $65 a day or $500 a week.

Winter: 130 daily, 150 wknds and holidays

Summer: 135 daily, 185 wknds and holidays  1000 a month

Look at those views.. breathtaking sitting on the deck with table and four chairs. This upstairs condo has cathedral ceilings, fireplace, internet, two Tvs/dvd...ceiling fans//Two full baths, washer and dryer

Two bedrooms, King, Twins and sleeper. Skiers can drive 10 minutes to lodge or catch the shuttle. Living area has recently been painted, new picture isnt present.

Summers are a cool breather from the heat.

This is real close to tennis, golf, and skiing, an easy walk. Fireplace, internet, Two Tvs, Two full baths, cable, sleeper couch, washer, dryer. First floor condo but has about 12 steps to walk down to condo. Nice deck overlooking the woods and creek. This is the most desirable location.
